 Next Web 2.0Tired,yet energetic...is that an oxymoron or what?!...I just returned from the CALIFORNIA REALTOR® EXPO 2007, attending standing room only seminars on foreclosures and the latest in technology. As a C.A.R. Director, I also attended meetings with Jeff Davi, CA Commissioner of Real Estate. I can give you a ‘heads up’ that soon there will be changes that are going to dramatically impact the real estate industry. Charlene flew down with me and we were able squeeze in a visit to Downtown Disneyland. We are certainly glad to be home again, and all fired up about how to integrate the web even more to better serve our clients...sizzle! |

 A Realtor You Can Be Nuts AboutAs an avid Mr Peanut collector, I've had fun sending cards with a nutty theme to keep in touch. I still dabble at antiquing,and though I'm not playing keyboards as much as I used to, I do blast the music when I'm alone. Brooklyn Tab Choir with the close harmony and unique chordal progressions is still one of my favorites, bringing focus to my first Love. Excellence in real estate service is also top priority to me and I continue to stretch and grow in my field of expertise.
